Kriscinda Lee Everitt

Kriscinda Lee Everitt spent her 20s working–mini-putt attendant in Pittsburgh, a production house painter in Cleveland, and a tile glaze maker for the rich and sometimes famous in Los Angeles. Then, she spent most of her 30s in school. She’s got a BA in English, with a concentration in 18th and 19th-century Gothic literature from Gettysburg College, and an MFA in fiction, with a concentration on publishing from Chatham University. Her academic writing is mostly zombies and Lovecraft. Her first short story was published in Permuted Press’s ‘Flesh Feast’ zombie anthology, a “notable mention” in the ‘Year’s Best Fantasy and Horror, 2008.’ Currently, she lives in Butler, Pennsylvania with her husband and cat, and spends her free time homesteading and listening to metal. She’s a freelance writer and editor, specializing in horror fiction.
